Delete your DealGo Rider account

You can delete your DealGo Rider account and the personal data that goes with it at any time - in the app, or from here without the app.

In the app - immediate

Your account is deleted at once and every phone you were signed in on is signed out.

Email info@damndeal.com with the subject Delete my DealGo Rider account, and include the phone number and name on the account.

We confirm the request with you first, so nobody else can delete your account, then delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

Your name, preferred name, email, date of birth and city.
Your phone number.
Photos of your ID or driver's license, your selfie, and your insurance and registration.
Your vehicle details.
The agreements you accepted.
Every sign-in, and the notification token of every phone you used.
Your payout details: the bank account, Zelle or PayPal you gave us, and any payout request still waiting.
The bank name and last four digits the app showed you for your payouts.

Pay and tax records - the deliveries you made and what you were paid, under an account number with nothing personal on it - for as long as tax law requires.
Delivery location history - deleted automatically 90 days after each delivery, unless it is needed for an open safety or payment dispute.
Delivery photos - photos of where an order was left stay with the delivery they prove, for disputes about that delivery. They show the doorstep, not you.
Your payout account at Stripe - the payments made to you are tax records, so the account stays with Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy. We keep only its account number.
A one-way fingerprint of your phone number - it cannot be turned back into the number. It lets us recognise an account that was deactivated for safety reasons if it signs up again.
